Each Colossal front lip is manufactured using a dry-molded autoclave process with multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber, resulting in exceptional weave clarity, rigidity, and surface finish. Unlike wet-molded carbon fiber, this process produces a cleaner, sharper carbon pattern with superior strength and long-term durability.
