This is our second edition for 2021+ Model S Diffusers. Up until now, we've offered an overlay-style, and now we are proud to release our new replacement diffuser. It is truly an amazing fit. This diffuser only requires 4 screw holes or rivets in the lower end of the car(not visible when looking at the vehicle while standing next to it & can be seen in our install video).

INSTALLATION: In our installation video below, you will see in real time it takes about 1 hour to install this. This includes where we teach you how to remove your rear bumper, and then how to take off the stock plastic diffuser and how to install this carbon fiber diffuser. We teach you how to install it all !!
This is a replacement diffuser, and you will install this into your undercarriage lower panels the same way your standard diffuser is assembled.
TOOLS: You will need a T25 Torq for loosening the rear quarter panels from the diffuser, inside the rear wheel-wells. You will need a 10mm socket to remove 2 screws from inside the trunk area, and inside the bumper where 2 screws secure the diffuser to the bumper. Lastly, because of the extending carbon fiber flanges behind the rear wheels, you will have to use the 4 self tapping screws to hold the diffuser section up to the undercarriage. In the video we use a rivet gun for this.
Please watch this before ordering and if you plan to take it to an installer have the shop watch this video please. Let them know you drop the bumper, remove the stock plastic diffuser, and then the new carbon one clips right inside the bumper. Easy job for anyone body or wheel shop. They should not charge more than 2 hours labor.
