The Model X has so many windows and even with tint the smoked glass still allows so much heat to enter the cabin. At RPM we tint the windows and still the heat is very strong and many owners have kids in the back seat and they are always asking us about protecting the kids from the intense light.
This 6 piece kits covers up 4 windows in the back seat as well as the rear window and part of the front windshield.
Newer Model X's come with a TESLA supplied screen that blocks sunlight over the driver and passengers heads, but older Model X's never came with this front windshield piece. This kit includes the windshield. It blocks sunlight from the very top down to the sun visors.
Our window shades are made from a lightweight mesh fabric with a collapsible rigid aluminum frame. It comes with 15 self holding invisible like clips and it covers up every inch of the windows.
This fits perfect and can be installed and removed easily to be used as needed. It folds up very easily and fits in the included plastic pouch. Store it in the front sub trunk area of your Model Y.
